Through curated reviewer networks, multi-platform promotion, and intentional engagement, we help generate authentic buzz before release day. Our team ensures your story reaches enthusiastic readers who are ready to champion your work with honest reviews and creative content across Goodreads, StoryGraph, Bookstagram, BookTok, YouTube, and beyond.Our tours are designed with both authors and readers in mind. 

Author Book Tour Requirements

To ensure a successful book tour campaign, authors must provide the following:

  • ARC Delivery Timeline: The finalized ARC (digital eARC) must be provided to BRBF Book Tours at least 4-6 weeks prior to the tour start date. This allows adequate time for reviewer approval, ARC distribution, and promotional scheduling.
  • Distribution Platform: BRBF Book Tours uses BookFunnel for secure eARC distribution. If another platform is preferred (e.g., NetGalley, Edelweiss, StoryOrigin), please notify our team in advance.
  • Reviewer Approval: Authors will receive the ARC sign-up list curated by BRBF Book Tours. Authors may review the list and approve or decline individual reviewers once before the campaign begins.
  • Final Materials: Authors should provide a finalized digital ARC, book cover image, synopsis, author bio, headshot, and any promotional assets (e.g., preorder links, content warnings) upon campaign confirmation.
  • Author Participation: For Platinum package, authors will  participate in virtual Q&As, interviews. Timely coordination with our team is required.
  • Communication: Authors should be responsive to BRBF Book Tours staff to ensure deadlines are met and content is accurate across all platforms.
